International Order

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. When using the Tomo's Tackle website you agree to accept and comply with the Terms and Conditions of the website.  These include terms, conditions, disclaimers, notices, restrictions and variations.  Your use of this website confirms you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Purchasing:

Tomo's Tackle asks that all initial orders placed with us from international clients is done with PayPal.  If you make an account with us, orders placed after the first order can be made via PayPal or Credit Card.  If an initial purchase is made with a credit card, the order will be cancelled and we will reach out to you asking for payment via PayPal.  This policy is made to decrease the amount of fraudulent orders, and we apologize for any inconvenience that this policy may cause.  All orders will be purchased in US Dollars when checking out.

Shipping:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Shipping for orders placed is based on the availability of the items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound (0.45kg). Import taxes for International shipments are not included in the shipping price.

Returns Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returned items must be in original condition and in their original packaging.  We can not accept any item that has been used or tampered with or damaged. When an item is accepted for return the purchase price will be refunded less shipping and handling costs.  All refunds will be made in United States Dollars.  For international clients, we can not unfortunately guarantee the exchange rate at the time of refund.  If the return is as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay the return shipping costs. Tomo's Tackle owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.  If an item(s) received is not what you ordered please do not open the packaging.  If you attempt to use the incorrect item or open it's packaging this can be deemed as you accepting the item and you may not have any further claim.  If there is an error please contact us within 24 hours so we can rectify the error as quickly as possible. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  If you are unsure or would like to talk to us before returning your item please call us at +1 978-498-4187 or send us an email. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  In most situation refunds take 5 - 10 days.  Credits will be refunded using the same method you used for payment on your order. When you return an item it must be carefully packaged.  Please remember to ship returns with freight paid and insured.  The item is your responsibility until it reaches Tomo's Tackle.  If you would like advice on the best method of return from your location please phone or email us and we can assist.
