Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Unless the item is an exception to our general shipping policy, you need to send your item back to:

Shipping
Most orders have 24 hour processing time before they get shipped. Please note that this estimate excludes weekends and holidays. For instance, an order placed on Friday evening may not be ready for shipment till Monday, and not reach the carrier till Tuesday. If you require especially expeditious service, please contact the store directly. The vast majority of orders placed through our site are shipped via FedEx. Shipping to PO Boxes or to US Military installments will be done through USPS and small, light weight orders under 1lb are offered to ship via First Class mail. For domestic orders, we offer free shipping on orders over $99.99, with the option available to upgrade your service if so desired. Free Shipping excludes rods under $300 being sent to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories. The standard service used for the majority of "Free Shipping" orders is FedEx Ground service. For orders less than that $99.99, there will be a choice of shipping options available to you, with the choice being up to you. All shipping charges are calculated on a by weight basis of the products that you are ordering. If you have special shipping requests, please let us know on the comments section when placing an order.
After you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for the order based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. All international orders are subject to shipping charges; we strive to find the cheapest option available for you. Please also note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
